“ Been coming here for years, and not ever was it a bad time or the food not good. The atmosphere is great, the food fantastic, and the service is the best around. 15 years now, and will be coming until I can't anymore. ”

The sandwich I had was phenomenal in its flavor and value for the money. Service was on par for a busy bar with only 2 wait staff on duty and they did their job with smiles on their faces. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a small town "dive bar", no disrespect meant by that term. The down side? Only one pool table. 10/10 would eat here again. ”

My only complaint is the drunk locals at the bar seemed proud they knew 4 letter words so they repeatedly said them until another patron told them to watch their mouths. The bartender/cook/waitress was busy as heck, but she did an amazing job. ”

“ Matt is a GREAT bartender. He is johnny on the spot with everything. My wife got the broasted chicken melt and I got their half pound burger on sourdough. Both of us thought our meal was perfect. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. if you are in the area I would highly suggest stopping through! One of the other reviews said that if you're not a local they will make you feel welcome. That is not even remotely true. Matt was extremely friendly to us the entire time and a great bartender. If you are in Pillager stop through for a beer and lunch!! ”
